Payment and Cancellation Policy 

If you have an FSA or HSA card, you can use this to pay for your visit!   

We do not participate in insurance plans, but you may be able to obtain partial reimbursement if your plan includes coverage for acupuncture.   

We will be happy to provide you with an itemized receipt that can be submitted to your insurance company but we do not bill any insurance companies directly.  Payment is due in full at the time of service.   

Your appointment is reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services.  

All cancellations and appointment changes must be made no less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be charged the full price of the appointment and this must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled.
