I created the Mindfulness Collective to share some of my favorite teachings on meditation, mindfulness, and the mind-body connection.
The Mindfulness Collective is an experiential 4-week online program that will teach you how to integrate mindfulness into your life through a variety of practices. Some of the topics we will explore include meditation, mindfulness, breath awareness, emotion, self-compassion, sleep, and movement.
You will learn and practice meditation, breath work, mindfulness, and self-compassion, and you will develop an understanding of how these practices positively influence your nervous system and your overall health.

Course Design and Content
How does it work?
We’ll kick off the four-week journey on January 2nd with an introductory Zoom session. I’ll explain how the program works and answer any questions.
Each weekday of the four-week program, you’ll receive an email with an outline of the day’s activities. The content may include a book excerpt, an instructional video, a meditation, a journal prompt, or a combination of these. All materials are provided through a Google Drive link – you will not need to purchase any books or apps for this course.
At the culmination of the course, we’ll come together on Zoom to share our experiences and celebrate what we’ve learned. These sessions are optional but highly encouraged.
Course registration is limited to ensure a personal and powerful experience for a small group of individuals.

- Cost: $179. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
- You may cancel your enrollment for a full refund up to 7 days prior to the start of the program. After that, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit for a future program.
