Four Week Mind-Body Immersion

  • 4 weeks of mindfulness training
  • Topics covered: meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, mind-body awareness, emotional wellness
  • Daily e-mails, curated readings and videos, journal exercises, goal-setting support
  • Personal Consultation and Introductory Acupuncture session (90 mins)
  • Mid-point Zoom session (30 mins)
  • Wrap-up and Balancing Acupuncture session (60 mins)
  • Personal support throughout the 4-week experience
