New Monthly Mind Body Class:

I’m excited to offer a monthly mind-body class designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and rebalance—one breath at a time.

Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), these seasonal classes blend qigong, breath awareness, meditation, and gentle movement to support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Each session is thoughtfully aligned with the energy of the season—whether it’s the outward expansion of summer or the inward reflection of winter—so you can stay grounded and in rhythm with nature.

What to expect from class:

  • Qigong to enhance circulation, release tension, and harmonize the flow of energy
  • Restorative yoga postures to calm the nervous system and ease the body
  • Guided meditation and breathwork to help you slow down, settle your mind, and return to center

No experience is necessary—just bring an open mind and a willingness to care for yourself. Spots are limited to maintain a quiet, supportive space. Early registration is recommended.
